What this simulator calculates
The Full Simulator is a savings-plan and withdrawal calculator with German tax. It projects a monthly savings plan with compound interest and inflation, includes the Vorabpauschale each January, and then draws the portfolio down in retirement month by month, taxing realised gains at the Abgeltungsteuer after the Sparer-Pauschbetrag and the 30 percent partial exemption of an equity fund.
It also works backwards: the monthly saving a goal needs, or how long a plan takes to get there. A pension can start years after the withdrawals do, market crashes can be placed where you choose, past index returns can be replayed against your plan, and a Monte Carlo range shows how widely the outcome may scatter. Every figure is an estimate under the assumptions on the left, not a forecast.
